Beautiful accommodation with reasonably spacious rooms near the communal areas, and the main square.

The location here is superb, just a short distance from the beach, and conveniently close to the city center of Palermo.

Bad free Wi-Fi.

The terrace at the apartment was a delightful surprise. It felt like having my own private slice of paradise, overlooking the lush garden. I spent hours there, sipping my morning coffee and enjoying the fresh air, feeling like a character in a charming Italian movie.

Cleaning could be improved.

villa mallandrino in mondello was the perfect stay! amazing views, friendly staff, and spacious accommodations. the location was ideal with easy access to palermo. the highlight was the huge terrace overlooking the sea. we couldn't ask for a better experience.

Value for money was excellent, with spacious and cool rooms and beautiful views of the sea. The location was superb, just a few minutes away from the bustling beach and a square filled with shops, bars, and restaurants.

Breakfast option could be improved with more variety.

The location was amazing! It was in the perfect spot for exploring the nearby cities and towns during our Easter break. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable, giving us great recommendations for places to visit and helping us find our way around. Plus, the room was spacious and clean, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay.

One downside was the lack of soundproofing. We could hear noises from the neighboring rooms, which made it difficult to sleep at times.

The welcome from Cesare was lovely. The location is fantastic. There is an amazing view of the entire bay of Mondello and Addaura in the communal areas and lots of space. This exceeded our expectations. We had the ground floor 2 bed apartment which was like a little house and it has its own private garden area and side sea view patio. You can even park the car inside and the friendly morning staff person made us a coffee, allowed a late checkout and waved us off with the warmest smile. We recommend Villa Mallandrino to others.

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Mallandrino. The location was perfect with everything we needed just a short walk away, including restaurants, the beach, and a supermarket. The villa itself was amazing, with a wonderful design and a huge terrace overlooking the sea. We loved the private parking as well. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

Stunning views of the bay and spacious communal areas exceeded expectations. The ground floor apartment felt like a private house, with its own garden and sea view patio. Secure parking available. Friendly staff offered coffee, late checkout, and warm farewell. Highly recommended.

The apartment at Villa Mallandrino is cozy and comfortable, with a homely kitchen where you can whip up your own meals. The air conditioning is a lifesaver, keeping you cool throughout your stay. The tile/marble floor adds a touch of elegance to the space.

Personally, I found the lack of a washing machine a bit inconvenient.
